About Brighton Wellness Review

Brighton Wellness Review is an independent editorial publication covering plant-based food supplements, nutrition research, and everyday wellness routines for the Australian market. We launched in 2023 with a simple editorial principle: review products honestly, cite credible sources, and never make claims that aren't supported by the evidence.

Our editorial team includes wellness writers, nutritionists in advisory roles, and readers who share their genuine experiences. We do not accept payment to alter editorial outcomes. Where we earn a commission from a product we review, we say so.

Our Editorial Standards

  • We only reference nutrient claims that are listed in the EFSA register or equivalent public regulatory databases.
  • We do not use before/after imagery, disease claims, or language that targets people based on body size or health status.
  • Reader experiences are lightly edited for clarity and always include a disclaimer that individual results vary.
  • We include the TGA-compliant food supplement disclaimer on all product-related content.

Our Team

Cassandra Nguyen - Wellness Editor
Cassandra has been writing about plant-based nutrition and everyday wellness for over eight years. Her background is in health communications and she holds a Graduate Certificate in Nutritional Science from the University of Sydney. She reviews supplements from a consumer-information perspective, not a clinical one.
James Okafor - Research Editor
James curates the evidence-based content on our Research pages. His background is in public health writing and he has contributed to several Australian wellness publications. He maintains the editorial policy that all nutrient claims must link to a named regulatory source.
