Refund & Returns Policy

1. Our Returns Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Slim Coffee Booster. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. This policy applies to all Australian orders and reflects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and, where applicable, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- You must request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging in a resaleable condition, unless it arrived damaged or defective.
- Proof of purchase (order reference or delivery confirmation) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return under this policy:
- Products that have been opened or partially used, except where the product is defective.
- Orders where the 14-day return window has passed, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Please include your full name, order reference number, and reason for return. We will provide return postage instructions within 2 business days.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where applicable. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer to account details you provide.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your Slim Coffee Booster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
